I enjoyed reading about it… I did work for the company but later years when they franchised Burger King. I heard many many stories about the wonderful food and people who worked there. Nice memories!!!

I had a great time reading about the Automat’s history. I especially love having the recipes. Only way it could’ve been better is if it were signed by the author.

Gre w up in Northast Philly and H and H were part of our lives. They had great food for less money and it was just a great place to go too. They had a retail store in Northeast Philly on Frankfrod Avenue and their take out food was delicious. So sad they aren't there anymore.
