What a delightful look back at one of my favorite places ever -- the Horn & Hardart Cafeteria my mother would take me to when I was a little girl. Oh, how I loved those pot pies! That mac & cheese! Those baked beans! It was a wonderland of delicious enjoyment. The book is a marvelous look-back at all of it. Recipes included!

I enjoyed reading about it… I did work for the company but later years when they franchised Burger King. I heard many many stories about the wonderful food and people who worked there. Nice memories!!!
