    Savoring History

    We had the opportunity to watch The Automat documentary on TCM, and were so impressed with the history & operation of this great restaurant…and ESPECIALLY the effusive praises for Horn & Hardart Coffee.

    The Dark Roast is a robust, rich blend…smooth, with a great palate pleasing finish…Excellent Flavor!

    Good Strong Brew

    Bought it for my coffee-loving husband for Christmas. He said it’s a perfect blend of “bold and smooth.” It was Mel Brooks’ statement in the documentary “The Automat” that prompted the purchase. Brooks said he’s paid as much as $35 for a cup of coffee, but never had a better one than the nickel cup at The Automat.
